Rootkeel

Your own corner of Linux

A terminal to
come back to.

Rootkeel gives you a permanent Linux workspace in the cluster. Open it in your browser or connect from the command line, and pick up where you left off.

A familiar place, wherever you connect

Your shell. Your tools.
Your place to keep going.

For people who work in a terminal: writing code, looking after systems, or exploring an idea in Linux.

A permanent terminal

Your workspace has an ongoing Zellij session. Disconnecting is not the end of your session: return to your shell and the work you left running.

Two ways in

Use the terminal in your browser, or connect with the rt command line client. Both take you to the same workspace.

A vault for your secrets

Keep tokens, keys, and other secrets in your personal vault. Assign them to the workspaces that need them, and manage access from your account.

Your own machine, too

Enroll a machine you run yourself and reach its terminal through Rootkeel. Your work can live in the cluster or on your own hardware.
